For standard specifications, the lead time is usually 15–20 days. For customized or large-scale wholesale orders, it typically takes 25–30 days depending on the production schedule.

We use heavy-duty, reinforced export packaging and compliant MSDS-certified containers. All shipments follow strict international maritime and air freight regulations for hazardous materials (UN3480/UN3481).

We offer a standard 12 to 24-month warranty (depending on the specific model and application). If any manufacturing defects occur during this period, we provide technical support or free replacements.

Depending on the separator material used in batteries, plate wrapping machines are generally categorized into AGM plate wrapping machines and PE plate wrapping machines. Based on battery size, they are divided into micro-VRLA plate wrapping machines, small-VRLA plate wrapping machines, medium-to-large VRLA plate wrapping machines, and large-VRLA plate wrapping machines. In terms of wrapping efficiency, they are classified into high-speed plate wrapping machines and standard plate wrapping machines. Typically, high-speed models are only compatible with a single plate specification and come at a high cost; standard models, by contrast, support multiple plate specifications on one machine with a moderate price. For production scenarios requiring multiple plate specifications and without extremely high speed demands, standard plate wrapping machines are fully sufficient for manufacturing needs.
